This class is efficient because you work your entire body
by going from one exercise to another. It is
varied, fun and challenging. Up to 600 calories can be burned
during a boot camp session, which is obviously going to
facilitate weight loss. The workouts involve cardio, calisthenics like
push-ups and jumping jacks, as well as pilates abdominal work and
other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the
intensity; in boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to
its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn
calories like crazy.
Pilates Reformer JumpBoard
Now you can supplement your regular cardio routine with a Pilates Reformer JumpBoard Class. The mind and body work together, as in a typical Pilates class, but the tempo is much quicker and your coordination ability is put to the test. The Pilates Reformer JumpBoard class creatively integrates reformer and mat exercises like the hundred, footwork, Abdominal series and more, with the JumpBoard attachment. This class will ensure not only an increased heart rate but also full body strengthening of the abdominals, legs, arms, and butt.
"Drums Alive" is a fun, easy to follow class which combines traditional aerobic movements (burning at least 150 calories per 20 min) with the powerful beat and rhythms of the drums (using drum sticks and a stability ball). Not only is it a workout for the entire body, but also for the mind and spirit too! You will work up a sweat while jamming to fresh and pulsating percussion music. Classes coming soon.
