What is the best diet? This is the question we are asked the most. Some possible answers you will hear are: No processed food? Intermittent fasting? Reduced portion sizes? Vegan only? No carbs? Paleo? In reality, this is the wrong question to ask. "In 2013 four meta-analyses summarizing between 13 and 14 major trials were published in The New England Journal of Medicine (JAMA). What they found was that adherence (being consistent) is the only consistent factor associated with weight loss and disease related outcomes."  In addition, various cultures eat so differently...so what we know is that the human body is amazingly adaptable to to varied food conditions. So what I can tell you is that it is not just about the food.

Food knowledge
Nutrition beliefs
Time availability

With these factors in mind, I would say that no one track is for everyone. So we believe that you must focus on the real factors that lead to sustainable body change...this means focusing on principle rather than tactics. 7-Day Detox

The 7-Day Detox Program has been designed to cut, clean and flush your body of excess toxins and bloat. This package will include all instructions on how to maximize your Detox week, including nutritional material to begin educating you on stabilizing your blood sugar. Based
on physiology and implementing extremely clean eating you will remove all processed and packaged foods, refined sugars, salt and sodium as well as caffeine, coffee, tea and alcohol to name a few. This Package includes your Free initial assessment, your 7-day Detox appointment with complete coaching instruction, and your follow-up appointment at the end of your detox week. During your initial assessment, we will set up your Detox appointment and your official start day. Your 7 days will be counted from there and your final appointment will be set. The materials that will be included in this package will include 3 day instructional sheets on maximizing the detox and the highest quality of foods to consume during your detox, as well as unlimited text and email support. You also will have the option to purchase Detoxing supplements for an extra fee, the supplements are not required, but are recommended to accelerate your progress. We will also monitor your success with before and after
measurements, body fat percentages, and pictures.

14-Day Detox 

The 14-Day Detox Program has been designed to clean, cut and flush your body of excess toxins and bloat. The 14-Day Detox has been
formulated primarily for one that has fallen off track with their nutrition over an extended period of time, one that smokes, consumes more than 3 alcoholic beverages a week, or is looking to lose more than 50 pounds. The 14-Day Detox package will include all instructions on how to maximize your Detox week, including nutritional material to begin educating you on stabilizing your blood sugar. Based on physiology and implementing extremely clean eating you will remove all processed and packaged foods, refined sugars, salt and sodium as well as caffeine, coffee, tea and alcohol to name a few. The 28-Day Jump start program has been designed to kick start your metabolism and bring balance to your body by integrating your meals
in the right ratios, balance and portions. This program does not include the Detox plan above, but will however get you on the right track with blood sugar stabilization. The 28-Day Jump start program will educate you on portions, types of foods, including a “Highest to Lowest Quality of Food Chart” to help you maximize your 28 days. This jump start program will also guide you into maximizing your workouts to help you begin to workout smarter not harder. You will receive basic guidelines to maximizing your 28-Day Jump start with your exercise and your nutrition.
The 28-Day Jump Start program includes your Free Nutrition and Health assessment, a 1 hour initial appointment that comes with your three instructional sheets to guide you through your 28 days. This program also includes a bi-weekly follow-up appointment and a final appointment at the end of the 28 days, as well as unlimited text and email support. As with all packages we will also monitor your success with before and after measurements, body fat percentage, and pictures.

8 Week Run Transformation Program 

The 8 Week Run includes 3 phases to igniting your metabolism. Beginning with the Detox phase to cut, clean and flush your body of toxins and excess bloat. Based on physiology and implementing extremely clean eating you will remove all processed and packaged foods, refined sugars, salt and sodium as well as caffeine, coffee, tea and alcohol to name a few. Then moving into the Ignite phase to kick start your metabolism and
fat burning. In this phase we will re-introduce some foods back into your daily nutrition as well as embracing the concept of activating your engine with creating a workout plan based on your daily activity and schedule. We want to make sure that you are diversifying your exercise and your nutrition both to keep from you from becoming stagnant with eating and doing the same activity all the time. This will prevent boredom, we will teach you how to implement some new recipes as well as fun activities for keeping your metabolism ignited. Finally we will move into the Thrive phase, where you are totally embracing the concept of living a healthier lifestyle based on blood sugar stabilization and learn how to work your favorite foods into your daily living. We will be sure to educate you on where certain proteins, carbohydrates and fats will fall in your daily living, along with how to read nutritional labels and ‘fill in the gaps’ with what is the missing link to make your meal balanced. You will have the option to add in all of the supplements needed for the 8 week run program for an additional fee, (excludes some supplements). This program includes your instruction and materials for each phase, 3 sheets for the Detox phase, 3 sheets for the Ignite phase, and 3 sheets for the Thrive phase, a supplement guide, a recipe packet, 5; 1-1 coaching sessions with a Nutrition coach (in office or phone), unlimited text and email support, and before, during and after measurements, body fat and pictures.

3 month: “A Better You” Program 

The “Better You” 3 month program has been designed to pace you into a healthier lifestyle. 6 month “New You” Program 

The 6 month “New You” program has been designed to lock arms with you, and educate you into a total makeover! This 6 month journey is
sure to take your body to a whole new level. You will start with the first 8 weeks, detoxing and igniting your metabolism. The “New You”
program will pace you into turning your body into a whole New “Home” for you to live in!! Keeping things simple, you will begin with the 8 week
Run which includes all 3 phases: the Detox phase to cut, clean and flush your body of toxins and excess bloat. Depending upon your goal,
we will determine whether you will be doing a 7,12 or 14 day detox. Then moving into the Ignite Phase, to kick start your metabolism and fat burning. And then finally moving into the Thrive phase; where you are totally embracing the concept of living a healthier lifestyle and learning how to work your favorite foods into your daily living. You will learn a system of eating based on how your body demands to be fed, as well as a workout program to maximize and accelerate your progress.
