Pilates Fundamental

This fun class is designed to build a safe and effective foundation for new Pilates students, as well as to enhance the understanding of more experienced participants. Receive detailed instruction and learn the most effective ways to perform each Pilates exercise.

Pilates I & II

These classes are designed for people with an understanding of the Pilates Fundamentals and are looking to increase their intensity to the intermediate level. Focus is on establishing the biomechanical foundations to work safely and effectively within the technique to create uniform development of the body, core strength and breath control.

Pilates II

These classes are designed for people who are looking to add more flow and challenge to the work. Attention will be given to teaching, practice, and clear execution of the exercises appropriate to the more advanced student of the work.

Pilates Equipment

Ever wanted to try out the Pilates equipment? Well this is your chance at a fraction of the cost. Joseph Pilates designed specialized equipment, such as the "Cadillac" and the "Reformer," in order to tone and balance muscles without stressing the joints. Our group equipment class is an opportunity to experience the endless pilates reformer repertoire with the energy of a group setting. This unique apparatus, as well as the cadillac and wunda chair, will develop your body uniformly and increase awareness of alignment.

Pilates Duet/triplet (2-3 person)

Want to work with another person in a private Lesson? What a great way to cut costs. Try our Pilates Duet/triplet. These are semi-private sessions you can do with your friends.

Boot Camp Fitness

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another. It is varied, fun and challenging. Up to 600 calories can be burned during a boot camp session, which is obviously going to facilitate weight loss. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, weights, Pilates abdominal work and other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the intensity; in boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
