You can attend postnatal yoga classes from about six weeks after birth. Our postnatal yoga is safe and effective and is specifically designed for new mothers. By attending each week, you will feel recharged and your core strength will be restored. This class will enhance your yoga practice and breath awareness. You will learn how to release the normal tension that comes with feeding, carrying and comforting your baby. You will replenish your energy and begin to restore your core strength. You will also learn good postural habits--and easy stretches and relaxing movements to do at home.
