The physical benefits of prenatal pregnancy yoga classes are numerous. It helps women glide gracefully through the evolutionary process of pregnancy, ultimately preparing for birth. Participating in a group prenatal pregnancy class provides a community of support from people who understand what you are experiencing.
You can attend our Hatha yoga classes postnatal from about six weeks after birth. By attending each week, you will feel recharged and your core strength will be restored. This class will enhance your yoga practice and breath awareness. You will learn how to release the normal tension that comes with feeding, carrying and comforting your baby. You will replenish your energy and begin to restore your core strength. You will also learn good postural habits--and easy stretches and relaxing movements to do at home.
