What Is Sana Vita Restorative Flow Yoga?

This complete practice starts by warming the body, then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on foundation, alignment, and breath to get the most out of every lift and twist. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail, creating internal space to breath and move more easily in daily life. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. This class provides a great tune-up for the adept practitioner and a perfect starting place for the beginner.

What Is Sana Vita Yin Yoga?
The practice of yin yoga provides the perfect balance to your active (yang) yoga practices and your busy life. Focusing on long-held, 3-5 minute floor poses combined with breath work and meditation, yin yoga goes beneath the muscles into the connective tissues of the body that are difficult to open. This deep
practice is gentle, yet intense. It helps students not only open the body, but also to cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensations in the postures leaving you feeling amazing.

Private Yoga Lessons

Private lessons taught by OUR TEACHERS are fantastic in so many ways:

    1.    Focus and planning are required: you have to make an appointment or consult a schedule.
    2.    You are held accountable: there are consequences ($$$) if you bail at the last minute.
    3.    You will get what you need: your teacher will include yoga postures you’d avoid if you were alone.
    4.    You’ll surprise yourself and do something you thought you couldn’t do. You'll feel so good about yourself.

When we train this capacity of the mind, we are learning to cultivate the space we need to make conscious decisions about how we spend out time.
