Our Services
Sana Vita Studio offers Group Classes,
Private Sessons, and Semi-Private Sessons. Classes include: Pilates Mat and Reformer, Pilates Boot Camp and Reformer JumpBoard, Anusara Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal yoga and Yamuna Body
Rolling,
Group Classes are designed for a group experience. You are
working with like-minded students in a relaxed, non-competitive
atmosphere.
Private Sessons are the best way to learn proper technique. They
are also a great way to ensure that mat and equipment class exercises are performed
correctly, creating a stable and flexible structure. The first session will assess the client’s abilities and develop
a goal plan. For the next sessions, the client will perform
those exercises that will lead to the goal. The instructor will
observe the client and create a record of the progress. Private
sessons are the best way to create a foundation for Pilates,
Yoga, or Yamuna Body Rolling. All Private Sessons will last for 60 minutes.
Semi-Private Sessons are a great way to try out Pilates or Yoga
when you don’t want to travel the road alone. We have the
answer! Semi-Private Sessons. Under the skilled eyes of our
instructors, you can share the learning experience with someone
you trust. Duets and triplets are Sessons shared between two or
three friends. All Semi-Private Sessons will last for 60
minutes.
