Our Services
Sana Vita Studio offers Group Classes,
Private Lessons, and Semi-Private Lessons. Classes/Lessons
include Pilates, Reformer Pilates,
Yoga, Yamuna Body
Rolling and Gyrokinesis.
Group Classes are designed for a group experience. You are
working with like-minded students in a relaxed, non-competitive
atmosphere.
Private Lessons are the best way to learn proper technique. They
are also great to ensure that mat classes are performed
correctly, creating a stable and flexible structure. Private
lessons are the best way to create a foundation for Pilates,
Yoga, or Yamuna. For all private sessions, the client will enter
a measurable improvement plan over the course of 10 sessions.
The first session will assess the client’s abilities and develop
a goal plan. For the next 10 sessions, the client will perform
those exercises that will lead to the goal. The instructor will
observe the client and create a record of the progress. The last
session will include an assessment of the changes. Sana Vita
Studio offers private lessons for Pilates, Yoga, and Yamuna Body
Rolling. All private lessons will last for 60 minutes. For all
private sessions, the client will enter a measurable improvement

Semi-Private Lessons are a great way to try out Pilates or Yoga
when you don’t want to travel the road alone. We have the
answer! Semi-Private Lessons. Under the skilled eyes of our
instructors, you can share the learning experience with someone
you trust. Duets and triplets are lessons shared between two or
three friends. All semi-private lessons will last for 60
minutes.
